We have competency in solar consulting and engineering services. We work with clients across the country, providing full-service due diligence services, from feasibility analysis and design through to implementation, optimization, and management of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Our solar experts can take clients through the full development cycle of a project, starting with validation of a project’s technical and economic feasibility and progressing to the design, supplier, and contractor specification phases, sourcing of investment capital and available grants, construction oversight, permitting, commissioning, turnover and post-start-up monitoring, measurement and verification of projects.

We provide a review of the proposed solar energy project’s contractual documents with an evaluation of the technical design to verify compliance and ability to meet contractual obligations. It includes a construction Document and Cost Review with options to expand its scope to fit the needs of your project, including consulting services such as a Contractor Evaluation, Financial Analysis, etc.
As solar experts, we can help clients determine the feasibility of a solar system for their facility. This includes on-site visual observations of the building and surrounding property, as well as conceptual site plans, preliminary layouts, and economic analyses for the proposed PV system. Partner will model the expected production of the system.
We also perform due diligence assessments as appropriate, including Environmental Site Assessments, Wetlands Assessments, Topographic Surveys, Biological Surveys, Energy Yield Studies, etc.
We will generate an independent financial model for your project to verify all inputs and results in regards to CAPX, income, expenses and reserves, and debt sizing.
We provide commercial solar system design and engineering services to meet your energy efficiency needs while also meeting all permitting requirements necessary for approval.
We provide structural, electrical, and engineering oversight and construction administration services to ensure the successful implementation of a solar system. Services include Construction Progress Monitoring, Funds Control/Funds Disbursement, and Completion Commitment.
As part of the commissioning process, we are able to review and finalize commissioning checklists, generate a Punchlist for each system, and conduct and review Performance Tests and Capacity Tests. We then also provide the following certifications: Mechanical Completion, Substantial Completion, Final Completion, Ability to Produce, and Place in Service.
